Rights belong in the stack.
Everything people trust runs on permission. That layer was never built into the AI stack. The Rights Foundry is building it, making creative work usable, licensable and payable at the speed of AI. Our mission: help creators keep creating and earning as AI transforms their work.
The internet scaled content. It did not scale permission.
Every new surface of the last twenty years has arrived the same way: the technology ships, the rules get set by people who do not make the work, and creators pay for the delay.
AI is the biggest version of that story, and also the biggest opportunity creators have ever had. The difference this time is whether permission is built into the stack from the start, or bolted on after the lawsuits.
We are building it in. Rights cleared before use. Every use recorded. Every rights holder paid. A product team ships without a lawyer. A model trains on data it can defend. An artist gets paid on surfaces the old model could never reach.
We are not trying to win the future by scaring everyone into place. We are building a future worth saying yes to. We have been in this industry long enough to know this is hard. We are doing it anyway.

What we are not
A stock music library. A sync licensing service. A model company. A streaming destination. A traditional distributor. Not blockchain, no tokens, no crypto. We do not compete with the market we serve.
How everyone wins
The model makes allies of everyone it touches. Rights holders share in every dollar of gross, model companies sell through the platform rather than compete with it, and revenue grows every time the music gets used, not just when a new deal gets signed.
We start with music because it is universal, it touches everyone, and it is the hardest rights problem in media. The same engine is built for film and video, images and writing, and voice and likeness identity next. Each new vertical plugs into the same API and the same customers.
We have built and scaled businesses across rights, products and platforms.
“I spent seventeen years building Audiosocket artist by artist, deal by deal, and watched every negotiation take months. When AI made the gap unignorable, the choice was watch the norms get set without artists, or build the layer that sets them right.”Jenn Anderson-Miller, Founder and CEO

In good company.
