Support
Write to support@therightsfoundry.com and a person will answer. We aim to reply within one business day. There is no queue to sit in and no bot in front of us.
What to include
- The email address on your Rights Foundry account.
- For an API problem: the endpoint, the time it happened, and the exact error. Never send us your API key.
- For an assistant connection: which assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or another), and what it reported.
- For a licensing question: the track id, and where the music will be used.
Where to look first
- API documentation: every endpoint, with request and response examples.
- Licensing: what a license covers, and what it does not.
- Privacy policy: what we collect and how long we keep it.
- Terms of service: accounts, credits and acceptable use.
- Your dashboard: usage, credit balance, API keys, and connected assistants, each of which you can revoke.
Connected AI assistants
An assistant connects to us with its own key, listed under Connected Assistants in your dashboard. If an assistant stops working, check that it is still listed and has not expired: connections last 30 days unless the assistant renews them. You can revoke one at any time from that page; it takes effect within about a minute.
Copyright claims on your video
If a track you licensed from us is flagged on YouTube or another platform, send us the license and the link to the video or channel. We will help get it cleared. Do not delete the video first.
Security
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, write to security@therightsfoundry.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else, and do not access or change data that is not yours while testing.
